The book is underwhelming in print format. Mediterranean diet information is basic and easily found elsewhere for free. Recipes are filled with grammar errors. There may even be errors in recipe instructions, but I will be returning this book without actually completing a recipe. The author lacks credibility and expertise of the Mediterranean diet and setting up a diet plan. Most recipes and the suggested diet plans are filled with sugars and animal fat products - all of the things the author says Mediterranean people eat infrequently. Photos of recipes are black and white and suggested serving sizes on some border ridiculous - 3 oz. of tuna split among four people? We each get a bite! Poorly researched information, basic recipes, far too many errors across the board - rudimentary at best whether in print format or digital.

Being popular for now the Mediterranean Diet can be very helpful to our body system, providing it with healthy meal and delicious taste at the same time.many people try to find some easy to follow diet and to get very good result with it.This cookbook has various recipes, with many ingredients that I really love to eat. So hope that the result with weight loose will be perfect too.

Excellent book. This book really interested. The Mediterranean Diet for Beginners is a "heart -healthy diet" proven to lower cholesterol and heart disease. It is considered to be one of the most nutritious menus. This is not actually a diet but a culinary tradition that focuses on fresh vegetables and fruits, nuts, seafood, whole grains, and olive oil along with a glass of red wine once in a while. Highly recommend!

This book is for everyone trying to eat healthier and lose the unwanted pounds...and the recipes are delicious!!! I can follow this plan without feeling the dreaded DIET!!!

This book is well-written by the distinguished chef, and award-winning author, Jolene Daisy! I recently made her Citrus-Marinated Scallops, and they came out delightful. If you are a health "nut", I recommend this book.
