Excellent source of information for those trying to ID the plants they are coming across in America's prairie lands. Each species is given a full page of illustrations (no color photos) and a page explaining typical characteristics and even historic/medicinal uses. Although it lacks photos, the illustrations are of decent quality, and include numerous tips for identifying specific characteristics.
A great resource. Many may not like it due to it not having photographs, but it is a treasure nevertheless.
