This is the ongoing story of the Grahams and the McCoys and the running on Holy Rock Church. There was not that much drama in this installment, in fact, it was quite uninteresting. Khalil is not much different from his father, Hezekiah, i.e., greedy and heartless. Xavier is still questioning his sexuality (really?) and Stiles is still uneventful and indecisive. There were no unexpected plot twists in the story. The story is starting to get stale.
I have read My Son's Wife from the beginning. I can't get enough of the lives of the characters in these books. Ms. Bell breathes life into each and every character. From page one, you feel like you know them. Understand what they're going through. And try to figure out what's going to happen next. Looking forward to the next installment. Keep up the good work Shelia Bell.
